Instructions:

Clean your skin of any oil and cream. After you're done, dry your skin with a soft towel. Turn the cup outwards while grasping the edges of the bra cup with both hands. Position the cup at the desired angle of the breast and gently press the edges of the cup with your fingertips. Repeat the procedure for the other breast.
