Is this product reusable?
Yes! FLIP ZERO EV is completely washable and can be used multiple times.
Although the item comes with a lubricant sample bag, we recommend TENGA HOLE LOTION for further use.

Is this product electronic?
Yes! FLIP ZERO EV can be used both manually and with its electronic vibrations!
The FLIP ZERO EV houses two Vibration Cores inside the elastomer sleeve, which means the buzzing vibrations circulate throughout the item for direct stimulation. The Vibration Cores are at opposite ends of the object, so the vibrations come from all around you.

What is the difference between FLIP ZERO and FLIP ZERO EV?
The new FLIP ZERO EV features vibrations made possible by the two Vibration Cores housed inside the item, along with a completely new internal structure designed specifically to complement and enhance the vibration sensations.

How does the article start?
Press and hold the button on the top of the FLIP ZERO EV to turn the item on. Press and hold the button again to stop the item.

• - Removing the sliding arms during use will stop the vibration, but please note that this does not stop the item.

What variations of vibration are there?
There are a total of five varieties of vibrations.
After starting the item, pressing the button will cycle through the following modes: Low > High > Pulse > Alternating > Random.

Is the item fully washable?
The FLIP ZERO EV body and sliding arms are completely waterproof and easy to wash. The charging base of the product is NOT waterproof, so please do not submerge it in water.

After use, you can immerse the sliding body and arms in warm or lukewarm water for washing.
After washing, please stand on the sliding arms to dry.
To wash the charging base, please disconnect the USB cable first and wipe with a damp cloth.

• - DO NOT submerge the charging base. This may cause electrical damage or electric shock.
• - Do not wash the item with water above 50 degrees Celsius (122 Fahrenheit) as this may deform or damage the elastomer sleeve.
• - If you want to wash the item with soap, please use a mild or neutral soap. Alcohols or highly acidic/alkaline soaps can damage the elastomer sleeve.
• - Make sure the item is completely dry before storing to avoid mold or bacteria build-up.

Can I use the Charging Base to dry the item while it is wet?
A small amount of water dripping from the item above should not be a problem.
However, please do not wash the Charging Base completely or get it completely wet.

• - DO NOT submerge the Charging Base. This may cause electrical damage or electric shock.
• - Please refrain from charging the item in the bathroom or near any water sources that could cause the charging base to submerge.
• - Please do not place anything other than the FLIP ZERO EV body or sliding arms on the charging base.

Can I load the item while drying it?
Yes! After washing, dry the FLIP ZERO EV body and sliding arms with a dry cloth.
Connect the charging base. Next, place the sliding arms on the loading base and place the open body on the sliding arms.
Leave it in a dry and well-ventilated area.

• - Please refrain from charging the item in the bathroom or near any water sources that could cause the Charging Base to submerge.
• - Make sure the item is completely dry before storing to avoid mold or bacteria build-up.

Does the item come with lotion?
There are two sample bags of our [REAL] HOLE LOTION included with each FLIP ZERO EV.
- For additional uses, we suggest our HOLE LOTION series.

Where should I apply the lotion?

• Open the FLIP ZERO EV and lubricate the inside. Close the item and also lubricate the insertion point.

Does the item come with a warranty?
Yes! The item is covered by our warranty for one year from the date of purchase.
