What is atrophic vaginitis?

Atrophic vaginitis is a condition that consists in the thinning of the walls of the vagina and in the decrease of its lubrication. Which produces more vaginal dryness and inflammation.

It is fundamentally caused by a decrease in estrogens, which are the main female sex hormone, being a very common problem in menopausal women (50% of menopausal women suffer from vaginal atrophy), influencing both sexual functionality and and their quality of life. Symptoms can be experienced for years, as long as proper measures are not taken.

How to use INTIMICHIC DILATOR?

It's about first applying a little water-based lubricant at the entrance to the vagina (approximately the volume of a chestnut) and massaging gently for 2 or 3 minutes.

Then, the smallest INTIMIC DILATOR element is taken. Apply evenly to the tip of the lubricant in the same proportions.

Then start pressing to insert it into the vagina in a smooth and progressive manner. If you notice dryness, add lubricant.

You can continue the exercises for 10-15 minutes, making small rocking movements. It is important to keep in mind that the contraction of the vaginal muscles is adverse, so if it occurs, the exercise should be stopped.
