How is NINACUP used?

• Boil it for 3 minutes to sterilize it.
• Be relaxed if it's your first time.
• Clean your hands
• Be in a comfortable position.
• Press the cup.
• Fold it into a U shape
• Separate your lips with the other hand and insert the cup as in the picture.

How is it removed?

• Clean your hands.
• Sit in a comfortable position.
• Insert two fingers and pull the handle, slowly pulling it away.
• Clean the cup with water and ph-neutral soap (unscented).
• Ready to use again.
