This is a small and cunning device consisting of a steel ring that sits around the nipple, with a steel frame that houses a cloverleaf nipple clamp and a screw-on device.

Once fitted, it is the tension on the nipple that holds it in place, while slowly turning the dial will pull and stretch the nipple to achieve the desired effect. As with all clamps, keep lubricants etc. away from the areas where they are applied, as they will continue to slide even at the mere whiff of lube.

The clips are removable, allowing you to use your favorite or similar clips.
